Woven labels are the most common and economical way of branding your products. You can affix them on clothing, towels, promotional items, and much more. Our backing techniques such as iron - on, velcro, and Pressure Sensitive backings leave the creativity of placement up to you.
Everything we do is 100% custom, ensuring your logo, lettering, and colors are produced in a timely manner with an attention to detail through the entire manufacturing process. All of our woven labels come to you cut, finished, with the correct backing applied (if applicable), folded (if applicable) and ready to be affixed to your product.
We can produce woven labels ranging in sizes from 10 mm to 400 mm in width, we offer a maximum of 12 colors in one label, we can apply a multiple range of backing techniques, and a scanned sample is always sent for quality control before production.
With a weaving capacity of one million pieces per day, you can rest assured that no order is too big for us and with our low minimums on quantity, too small for us to handle.

- Damask labels are the most commonly used woven label and are recognized as being the highest quality woven label available.
- Damask labels display fine details while being very luxurious and soft to the skin.
- Damask labels are for luxury clothing brands that require small lettering and details within the logo or graphic.

Center Fold
Straight Cut
Manhattan Fold
Center End Fold
- Folded in the middle.
- Commonly sewn into a seam.
- Great for sleeve and hems.
- No folds.
- Commonly sewn on two or all four sides.
- Similar to a Center Fold.
- The top of the label is folded down, creating a flap to tuck the bottom fold into.
- Folded in the middle and on the ends.
- Mainly used on the outer hems of tops, or pants pockets.

Die Cut
- Ends are folded under and up
- This creates a tab that is sewn into a seam.
- Folded on the ends to create a softer edge.
- Laser cut to your precise specifications.

Woven labels are made using 100 polyester yarns approved by "Oeko-Tex" standards. We do have a great selection of threads to choose from.
Provide us with a Pantone Matching System (PMS) code and we will do our best to match the appropriate thread.
A scanned proof is always sent before production for approval and we will always gladly send you a hard sample for your inspection upon requests.
Backing Options

Sampling Options
A scanned sample is always sent before production for approval.
- The sample is scanned is 300 DPI for your detailed inspection.
- Scan is always on a rulered art board for measurement accuracy.
We will always gladly send you a hard sample for your quality control purposes upon request.
Ordering
Each order is treated as a custom order and a quote will need to be generated based on artwork.
